CSL Finance Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue on June 25, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of CSL Finance Ltd Board is scheduled to be held on Friday, 25th June, 2021 at 3.00 pm at its Corporate Office at 716-717, 7th Floor Tower B, World Trade Tower, Sector-16, Noida UP-201301 to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 along with Statutory Auditors Report thereon.

The board will consider declaration of Dividend (if any) for the financial year ended on that date and consider and issue Bonus Shares.
