Aarnav Fashions Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Aarnav Fashions Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on June 12, 2021 (commenced at 04:30 p.m. and concluded at 05: 30 p.m.) has approved the recommendation of dividend @5% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2O2O-21 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend shall be credited / warrants thereof dispatched within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the AGM. The AGM date and book closure date for the purpose of the payment of dividend will be announced in due course.
