Parag Milk Foods Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Parag Milk Foods Ltd at its meeting held on June 12, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- ( 5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Parag Milk Foods Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.146.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 144541 in over 2771 trades.
