Edelweiss Financial Services Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.55

The Board of Directors of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited at its Meeting held today, has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 0.55 per share on the equity shares of the face value of ₹ 1/- each, subject to the declaration by the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.72.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 73.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 712467 in over 4434 trades.
