Cochin Shipyard Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of directors of Cochin Shipyard Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share for the financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.
