DFM Foods Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of DFM Foods Ltd in their Meeting held today i.e. June 11, 2021 through Video Conferencing have, considered and recommended payment of Dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each i.e. 50% for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 and the same is subject to the approval of the shareholders.
