eClerx Services Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of eClerx Services Limited at its meeting held on June 10, 2021, which commenced at 3.15 p.m. and concluded at 5.20 p.m., has recommended Dividend of Re. 1 /- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
