Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.20 for FY21

The board of directors of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 of Rs. 0.20/- (Rupees Twenty Paisa Only) i.e. @ 20% per equity share having face value of Rs.1/- each, aggregating to Rs. 99.89 Lakhs. The payment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.221.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 228.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28116 in over 1288 trades.
