Central Bank of India, introduces online process for deceased claim settlement within three days

During the Pandemic there has been unexpected and untimely demise of citizens. Dependents of deceased customers having Bank accounts face lot of difficulties to claim their amount due to lockdown and other movement restrictions. Looking into the difficulties being faced by the claimants/legal heirs to visit the Branch for settlement of claims, Central Bank of India has introduced a new scheme for easier and hassle free processing of deceased claims. Now request for the claims can be placed on Bank's toll free no.1800221911.Request can also be placed on our Bank's website www.centralbankofindia.co.in under the "what's new and other services".

CLAIMS UPTO Rs.1,00,000/- OR 50% OF CLAIM AMOUNT WHICH EVER IS LOWER WILL BE SETTLED IN THREE DAYS UPON RECEIVING SIMPLE CLAIM DOCUMENTS.
