RBI grants approval to reappointment of MD & CEO of Bandhan Bank

Reserve Bank of India vide its communication dated June 08, 2021, has granted approval for re-appointment of Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer ('MD&CEO') of the Bank, for a period of three years, with effect from July 10, 2021.

The re-appointment as above is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of Bandhan Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.316.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 320.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 348817 in over 8579 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 321.9 and intraday low of 314.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 110503612.
