SMC Global Securities Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of directors of SMC Global Securities Ltd has proposed and recommended the final dividend for FY 2020-21 @ 40% i.e. Rs. 0.80 per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each amounting to Rs. 905.08 lakhs to its equity shareholders, (subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting) in addition to interim dividend @60% paid during the FY 2020-21, this makes the total dividend @100% i.e., Rs. 2/- per equity share.
