Denis Chem Lab Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held today i.e. on 7th June, 2021, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.75 per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2020-21 ended on 31st March, 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
