Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.80/- per Equity Share (40%) for the financial year ended 31% March, 2021 on Equity Shares, on face value of Rs. 2/- each. The Board of Directors has earlier declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.60/- per Equity Share (30%), on face value of Rs. 2/- each at its meeting held on 8th March, 2021. The total dividend for the year ended 31st March 2021, amounts to Rs. 1.40/- per Equity Share (70%), on face value of Rs. 2/- each against 75% i.e., Rs. 1.50/- per share for the previous year 2019-20.

Shares of MOLD-TEK TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.59.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5403 in over 150 trades.
