41315690 equity shares of United Breweries Ltd transferred to Recovery Officer I DRT-II

Based on the letter received from United Breweries Ltd's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) and weekly transaction report of NSDL with respect to of equity shares of the Company for the week ended 04.06.2021 received from the RTA, the company has noticed that the Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Mumbai has transferred 41315690 equity shares constituting 15.63% of the equity share capital of the company (out of 42704758 equity shares constituting 16.15%) to the Demat account of Recovery Officer I DRT-II. Earlier these equity shares were held by certain Promoter group Companies.

Earlier the company had announced about the transfer of certain equity shares of the company held by few Promoter group Companies, to the account of ED and DRT-II.

Shares of UNITED BREWERIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1338.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1266.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 284827 in over 15418 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1376.95 and intraday low of 1266.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 383934463.
