Jubilant Pharmova Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Jubilant Pharmova Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. on June 4, 2021, recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 (Rupees five only) per equity share of Re.1 each for the year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid / despatched on or before October 20, 2021.
