Lupin Ltd to foray into the Digital Healthcare Space

The Board of Directors of Lupin Ltd has approved the Company's entry into the digital healthcare space with a focus to provide a digital therapeutics platform for doctors and patients in India.

The Company recently incorporated a new entity in the name of Lupin Digital Health Limited, as a wholly owned subsidiary, which will undertake this.

Shares of LUPIN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1246.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1208.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 358931 in over 13331 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1267.5 and intraday low of 1212.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 448070030.
