The board of directors of MTAR Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per share, subject to approval of members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 30.07.2021.
The board also fixed record date as Friday. 23.07.2021 for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for payment of such Final Dividend and Closure of register of members and Share Transfer Books from Saturday. 24.07.2021 to Friday, 30.07.2021 (both days inclusive).
