Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd in their Meeting held on 31st May, 2021 have, recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (i.e. @30%) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each on Equity Share Capital for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
