Panama Petrochem Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Panama Petrochem Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended a dividend @ Rs 2 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (100%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend on Equity Shares, if approved by the shareholders, shall be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched within two weeks from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of PANAMA PETROCHEM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.207.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 216.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12733 in over 474 trades.
