OnMobile Global Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of OnMobile Global Limited ('the Company') at their meeting held on Friday, May 28, 2021 in Bangalore, through Zoom Video conference has considered and recommended a dividend of Rs.1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
