Prataap Snacks Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Prataap Snacks Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2021, has recommended dividend of INR 0.50 per share (i.e. 10%) on equity shares of face value of INR 5 each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Upon approval of members, the dividend, will be paid within 30 days of approval / declaration.
