Excel Industries Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 11.25

The Board of Directors of Excel Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 11.25/- (225%) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each for the FY 2020-21, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meting (AGM) of the Company.
