Permanent Magnets Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Permanent Magnets Ltd, at its meeting held on May 28, 2021, have recommended a Dividend of Re. 1/- per Equity Share [Face Value of 10/- each] for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval of members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
