TV Today Network Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of TV Today Network Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend subject to approval of members @50% viz Rs. 2.50 per equity share having face value of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year 2020-2021. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid/dividend warrants shall be dispatched on or before 30th day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
