NOCIL Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of NOCIL Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 20% of the face value) which is subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 03, 2021.
