ADOR Fontech Ltd board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2.20

The Board of Directors of ADOR Fontech Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.20/- (Rupees two and paise twenty only) per equity share being one hundred and ten percent on the nominal value Rs. 2/- (Rupees two only) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 which shall be subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
