Navneet Education Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Navneet Education Ltd has at its meeting held today i.e. on 27th May, 2021 recommended Final Dividend of Re. 1/- (50%) per share for the Financial Year 2020-21 on 22,88,70,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up.

The dividend so recommended, if declared by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be paid within 30 days from the date of the approval at the said AGM.

Shares of Navneet Education Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.88 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 89.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 53660 in over 1942 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 90.75 and intraday low of 86.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4763235.
