Mercury Laboratories Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Mercury Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended dividend @ 20% (Rs 2.00 per Share) on the Equity Share Capital for the year 2020-21 subject to approval of shareholders at an ensuing Annual General Meeting in addition to interim dividend already declared by the Board for 2020-2021.
