Bharat Bijlee Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Bharat Bijlee Ltd at their Meeting held today, i.e., on Thursday, May 27, 2021, through Video Conferencing, have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- per Equity Share (50%) of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.

The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders in the ensuing 74th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, shall be paid to the shareholders within thirty (30) days from the date of the said AGM.

Shares of BHARAT BIJLEE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1391.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1404.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3030 in over 689 trades.
