Fine Organic Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend & Special Dividend of Rs. 11

The Board of Directors of Fine Organic Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 11/- (Rupees Eleven only) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, which includes a one time special dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share on account of our golden jubilee year.

The board has decided to convene the 19th (Nineteenth) Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 24, 2021.
