Garware Technical Fibres Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Garware Technical Fibres Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per share (25%) on 2,06,18,169 (Two Crores Six Lakhs Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Sixty Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2020-21, for approval by the Members of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The total dividend for the year (subject to approval by the Shareholders of the Company at ensuinq Annual General Meeting) would be Rs. 5,15,45,423/- (Rupees Five Crores Fifteen Lakhs Fourty Five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Three only). The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date it is approved by the Members at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Garware Technical Fibres Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2854.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2813.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1833 in over 393 trades.
