Black Rose Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.45

The Board of Directors of Black Rose Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, have recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.45 paise per equity share (i.e. @ 45% on the paid-up share capital) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
