TPL Plastech Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of TPL Plastech Limited at its meeting held on May 26, 2021, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.50/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each (35%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
