Berger Paints India Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.80

The Board of Directors of Berger Paints India Ltd at their meeting held today, have considered and approved the recommendation for payment of dividend of Rs 2.80 (280%) per equity share of the face value of Re.1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2020-21 subject to approval of the shareholders at the 97th Annual General Meeting.
