Mold-Tek Packaging Limited Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2021, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 4/- per Equity Share (80%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 on Equity Shares, on face value of Rs. 5/- each. The Board of Directors has earlier declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.00 per Equity Share (60%), on face value of Rs. 5/- each at its meeting held on March 08, 2021. The total dividend for the year ended March 31, 2021, amounts to Rs. 7/- per Equity Share (140%), on face value of Rs. 5/- each against 100% i.e., Rs. 5/- per share for the previous year 2019-20.
