Raw Edge Industrial Solutions Ltd fixes record date for bonus issue

The Members of the Company at the Postal Ballot (EOGM) ended on May 25, 2021 has approved the Issue of Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio of 1:5, i.e. One Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for every Five Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, with requisite majority. Hence, as approved by the members through postal ballot, the record date June 04, 2021 fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company on May 22, 2021 will remain same.
