Polyplex Corporation Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 17

The Board of Directors of Polyplex Corporation Ltd have proposed payment of Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 17/- (Rupees Seventeen) per equity share of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21, which would be paid after its declaration in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), within the prescribed time frame. The Date of AGM and Book Closure would be announced later.
