Transpek Industry Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 7.5

The Board of Directors of Transpek Industry Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended dividend of Rs. 7.5/- (75%) per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each which shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
