Anjani Portland Cement Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Anjani Portland Cement Limited at their meeting held today i.e. May 25, 2021, have recommended a dividend of Rs.5 per equity share (50%) of Rs.10 each for the Financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The dividend if approved by the shareholders shall be paid/dispatched not later than 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of ANJANI PORTLAND CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.304.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 298.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 97776 in over 3342 trades.
