Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd at its Meeting held on May 25, 2021, has considered, discussed and approved the recommendation of final dividend at 10% i.e. Rs. 0.10 (Rupees Ten Paisa) per equity share to all the existing shareholders subject to approval of Shareholder at ensuing Annual General Meeting. Promoters of the Company have waived their Dividend Right under option to Shareholder to waived right to receive the dividend for financial year 2020-21 pursuant Article 140 of AoA of the Company.
