TTK Prestige Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of TTK Prestige Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.30 per share i.e. 300% for the financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 65th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The company had paid an interim dividend of Rs.20 per share during November 2020. The total dividend for the financial year 2020-21 will be Rs.50 per share.

Shares of TTK PRESTIGE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.7391.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7224.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 531 in over 200 trades.
