Balaji Amines Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Balaji Amines Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2021, has recommended final dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share i.e. 200% on face value of Rs. 2/-per share and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
