ADC India Communications Limited Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of ADC India Communications Limited at its meeting held on May 24, 2021, have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
