Shree Cement Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 60

The Board of Directors of Shree Cement Ltd, in their meeting held today, have recommended final dividend @ Rs. 60/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st March, 2021 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of SHREE CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.27620 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27522.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1490 in over 754 trades.
