Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. May 21, 2021, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 8 /- per equity share (@ 80 % on a face value of Rs. 10/- per share) for the year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be dispatched / credited within 30 days of the AGM.

The board has fixed July 22, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for Financial Year 2020-21 (if approved by the Shareholders).

Shares of Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2833.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2854.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16934 in over 2007 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2899.9 and intraday low of 2809.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48523542.
