T D Power Systems Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of T D Power Systems Ltd at their meeting held today considered and recommended a final dividend of 25% i.e. Rs.2.50/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended March 31. 2021. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of T D POWER SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.218.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 229.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8544 in over 562 trades.
