Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd at its meeting held on May 18, 2021, has recommended to the members a final dividend of Rs. 15/- (300%) per equity share of Rs. 5 each. The final dividend amount, if declared by the Shareholders, are proposed to be paid / dispatched on or around July 30, 2021. Earlier an interim dividend of Rs. 20/- (400%) per equity share was paid during the last quarter.
