Abbott India Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 120

The Board of Directors of Abbott India Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. May 18, 2021, recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 120/- and special dividend of Rs. 155/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 27, 2021.

The aforesaid final dividend, if approved by the Members, will be paid on and after August 3, 2021 onwards.

Shares of ABBOTT INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.16200 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16098.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 800 in over 304 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16292.35 and intraday low of 16101.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12960975.
