Rossari Biotech Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Rossari Biotech Ltd at its meeting held on May 14, 2021, has recommended a Final Dividend of 25% (i.e. Re. 0.50/- per share) on Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021 subject to approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting the Company.
