Asian Star Company Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Asian Star Company Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to the approval of the shareholders at 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company, the dividend will be paid to the shareholders within a period of 30 days from the date of AGM.
